DESCRIPTION
If there’s any essential oil that reminds us of the holidays, it’ll be Balsam Fir. Enjoy Balsam Fir during the winter season or enjoy it all-year-round (we won’t judge). This essential oil is perfect anytime, anywhere. Imagine walking through a farm of full, evergreen Christmas trees. Its fresh, coniferous scent is reminiscent of that. Have a cough or a sore throat? Grab Balsam Fir to help alleviate those troubles. Its soothing benefits can also help relax muscles and joints after an intense workout.
 
DIRECTIONS
Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
