DESCRIPTION

Elemi Oil, a relative of Frankincense and Myrrh, has been cherished for centuries for its ability to rejuvenate and restore healthy skin.

This oil is steam distilled from the resin of the elemi tree, which is native to the Philippines. It has a pleasant, tangy-sweet aroma with musky undertones.

In addition to supporting young-looking skin, Elemi Oil has wonderful aromatherapy applications and is known to be grounding and balancing, thus making it a useful oil for meditation. Elemi Oil can also help soothe overexerted muscles after exercising or a long, stressful day.

DIRECTIONS

To create a powerful anti-aging blend, add 2 drops each of Elemi Oil, Lavender and Neroli to 4 teaspoons of a skin-supporting carrier oil such as Rosehip or Meadowfoam.

To relieve sore muscles, blend a few drops of Elemi Oil with a carrier oil and massage into affected areas. You can also diffuse Elemi Oil for 30 minutes during meditation or yoga practice.
