Diffuse a drop or two in the bedroom to help set a special mood. Use in massage, bodycare products, or apply to legs, wrists or temples. For topical use, dilute to 3%.  Please note, we recommend diluting this oil in lotion as the Vanilla Oleoresin does not properly disperse in carrier oil.
